AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM



Our After School Program engages students in a fun, natural, and age-appropriate way. Children acquire Spanish through a combination of music, real-life situational lessons, games, children's Spanish literature, vocabulary-building activities, crafts, and storytelling



AFTER/BEFORE SCHOOL SPANISH CLUB AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS:

Suwanee Elementary School (Spring Session: January 14 - April 15

Time: 3:15pm - 4:15pm, Day: Wednesday) Deadline:  January 11, 2026.

Riverside Elementary School (Spring Session: January 13 - April 14.

Time: 2:50pm - 3:50pm, Day: Tuesday). Deadline:  January 11, 2026.

Level Creek Elementary School (Spring Session: January 15 - April 23.

Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm, Day: Thursday). Deadline:  January 11, 2026.

Rock Springs Elementary School (Spring Session: January 12 - April 12.

Time: 2:45pm - 3:45pm, Day: Monday). Deadline:  January 11, 2026.

 Woodward Mill Elementary School (Spring Session: January 16 - April 17

Time: 2:45pm - 3:45pm, Day: Friday). Deadline:  January 11, 2026.

 Payment Options:

Tuition:

  • $325 for a 12-week session

  • $25 one-time registration fee

Returning students who have attended consecutive sessions do not need to pay the registration fee.

**Returned payment fee: $35

**PAYMENT POLICY 

Registration fees are due upon enrolling and PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

LATE PICK-UP POLICY 

A late fee will be charged for any child not picked up on time following their in-school Spanish Made Fun session. The fee structure is as follows:

  • $1 per minute for the first 10 minutes late

  • $3 per minute for each additional minute thereafter

Late pick-up fees are payable immediately.

Please note: Repeated late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program.
This policy is in place to ensure timely pick-up and to respect our instructors' schedules.
